3. Account Registration
To use Quickinvoicely, you must register for an account by providing accurate, current, and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. Quickinvoicely will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information.
4. Subscription & Payments
Quickinvoicely offers subscription-based plans billed on a monthly or annual basis. By selecting a paid plan, you agree to pay the applicable fees as described at the time of purchase. All fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated.
Subscription fees are charged in advance on a recurring basis. If payment fails or is past due, we may suspend or terminate your access to the service. You are responsible for any taxes associated with your subscription.
5. User Data
You retain all rights to the data you upload, create, or store within Quickinvoicely. We do not claim ownership of your invoices, client information, or any other content you provide through the platform.
You grant Quickinvoicely a limited license to use, process, and store your data solely for the purpose of providing and improving the service. We will handle your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
6. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Quickinvoicely for any unlawful purpose or in any way that could damage, disable, overburden, or impair the service. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: sending fraudulent invoices, distributing malware, attempting to gain unauthorized access to other accounts, and using the platform for money laundering or other illegal financial activities.
We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate action against anyone who violates this provision, including removing content, suspending accounts, and reporting violations to law enforcement authorities.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Quickinvoicely and its affiliates, officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or goodwill arising from your use of the service.
In no event shall our total liability exceed the amount you have paid to Quickinvoicely in the twelve months preceding the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the legal theory on which the claim is based.
8. Termination
You may terminate your account at any time by contacting our support team or using the account settings within the platform. Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately.
We may terminate or suspend your account at our sole discretion, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these Terms of Service. Upon termination, we may delete your data in accordance with our data retention policies.
